Hello! A company just contacted me and asked to interview me through Telegram. Then they removed the job proposal from up work and deleted our messages. Is that normal? I'm confused.

It is normal. The 'company' doesn't exist. It is a scammer. Upwork has done you a favour. Being interviewed anywhere other than Upwork before a contract is in place is a violation of Upwork's ToS and could result in your account being suspended.
Before accepting any invitations or applying to any jobs, I suggest you read the ToS which you will find if you scroll to the bottom of the page or at least to read this thread about how to get started on Upwork: https://community.upwork.com/t5/New-to-Upwork/Getting-Started-on-Upwork/m-p/264214#M2460

Upwork removed the job for a violation, not the client.
Talking outside of upwork before hire can get you suspended.

I have the same experience. Now i know why. Somehow it's upwork way to protect freelancers. Thank you
