Jobs Completed and Jobs in progress

I have a few projects which I have completed and also the client has given feedbacks. Payment and everything are already sorted.  But still the project seems to be on the jobs in progress list.

Why is that?

I might not be receiving them in my JSS?

Their feedback is not shown in my profile. 

How to rectify this issue???

Hi Samith,

The recently ended jobs are already showing in your completed jobs list. Could you please check your account again?

Maybe it takes time to update. How can that exactly be known? Is there a specific time things get changed?

Contracts take about 24 hours to appear on your profile after your client pays at least $1.00. Contracts not meeting this minimum are hidden from your profile and excluded from your work and feedback history. Please check this help article for more information.
