Joining Upwork in 2021 is good option?

My concern is Joining Upwork in 2021 will give you enough clients as other freelancers have.
1. How to beat the competition.
2. Many skilled freelancers are doing the job at low prices then how I'll I get the projects.

If my profile has no reviews/ratings then the client will not trust me obviously. 
How can get that client when he has better options than me.
1. By offering them a low price.

2. Offering fast work completion

3. or anything else

What are you talking about? You did 21 jobs since June of this year. I'd say that is a very good record. So, keep doing what you have been doing.
