Hello everyone!

My name is Katherine and I am new to Upwork. I was just looking forward to introduce myself and ask for any possible and useful advice to get hired. Feel free to let me know what you think can work for me.

I have work experience in customer service, I worked for almost a year and a half in Phone/Email/Chat Customer Service for an account based un the US. I learned a lot about helping people and handling customers. I had the opportunity to create plans and strategies to improve the service we were providing. I have also worked connecting different vendors and teams for different niches. I learn things fast and adapt easily to team or individual work and I am always open to doing things in different ways as needed.
