Keep receiving "Sorry, something went wrong" while setting up my profile.

It always shows "Something went wrong" when I was trying to set my language skills. 

I tried to set this with Chrome and Safari, I tried clearing cache, I tried to log out and log in. It still goes like this. 

Can someone help me please?
