Location Problem Invalid Verification

I have got an email from Upwork that i'm logged into UpWork from outside of the location i provided in the contact info of my upwork profile i have done the mobile verification just now.

Please guide me what location i should provide in contact info 

My ID card adress / my physical Address / My permanent address  ? to get my profile active although i'm sitting in the City area that i have provided in my contact info i dont understand what the issue is going on kindly help me .

Note : i have done the mobile code verification
