MY CONNECTS STILL NOT UPDATING

Hi everyone,

 

Any body can help me regarding for my connects?

because untill now is not yet updated, I have still zero connects,

it should be updated yesterday february 5, 2019

Hi Nasrollah, 


I would like to clarify that your current billing cycle starts on the 6th of every month, and ends on the 5th of every month, in the UTC timezone. Your billing cycle will restart on 6th-February, UTC, as such, please wait for 24-hours for your connects to be credited to your Upwork account. If it doesn't happen automatically, please updated this thread and our team will assist you further.
