Made mistake with upload wrong picture

I created my upwork account in a IT firm and unknowingly the operators of the IT firm uploaded a wrong photo of me as my profile picture. I have earned some money on upwork but my financial account is suspended. I cannot change my profile picture until I do ID verification. I urgently need to change my profile picture please help

While profile photos on Upwork must be an actual picture of you showing your full face, we do allow for certain exemptions including religious reasons. I've applied this exemption to your account as per your request. Could you please try uploading your profile picture one more time?
