Made more money but can withdraw less

Hi guys, I have a client who pays me on a weekly basis. He's paid me $165 so far but only $48 show up on Earnings Available and thats all I can withdraw. I've chosen the option to withdraw payments twice a month but can someone please explain how it woks?

Hi Ryan,

You can check your Pending tab in order to confirm the status of your payments. When a client releases a milestone payment, it goes through a 5-day security period, and will show under the Pending tab of your Overview page (Reports > Overview). That means they are currently subjected to a standard five-day security period and will become available for withdrawal as shown under the date details. During the 5-day security period, it gives the system time to process and clear the payments. Please read this article for more information about Fixed-Price Protection.
