Hi there - I'd like to request assistance with a manual name review. I am a director and sole employee of a company, and I want any payments to go to my company bank account. I have already set up the IBAN and other bank info but I get a name mismatch error.
I attempted contacting support via the link in the article (https://support.upwork.com/hc/en-us/articles/211063768#), but the chatbot simply directed me here.
If one of the Upwork staff could assist me in this matter I'd appreciate it greatly.

I'm on the same boat, I need all payments to go directly to my company account.
I can't find a way to contact support to send you the proof that I'm the sole owner of the company and the account.
