Manual review of bank account name request

Hello,

My payment method was removed due to the beneficiary name mismatch. My Upwork name (Gret) is a short variation of my real name, and bank account name, Margreta (Mar-Gret-a). I need to have someone from Upwork to do the manual review the name of my bank account details to verify and authorize to use my bank account.

You can only add the payment method which has the same name on Upwork account as well as on bank account other the account will be suspended.

I will need customer support to manually review and approve my bank name since this kind of problem scenario is described as a resolvable ussie:

• You are using a common name variation – We’ll approve recognized name variations, like Robert/Bob or J.J./John Jacob, within 48 hours. If you use an unrecognized name variation or nickname, we’ll require that you verify your identity.
