I don't have an idea how minimum balance required for withdraw..

I see every withdraw has charge 0.99$ to my local bank..

but their are no minimum limit set..

Payoneer minimum limit is 50$ everyone knows,

then how (minimum balance) at list for withdraw in local bank?

Really? I dont think so.

You can withdraw any amount as you wish as long as it will cover the withdrawal fee.
