I created a new upwork account and now want to upgrade. But it says payment cant be processed choose and alternate. I am using visa card for that. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks

Hi ZUNAIRA,

 

Unfortunately, it looks like the charge on your credit card keeps getting declined. Please double check with your bank about this or add another billing method.

I double checked with my bank but they are saying there is no issue from there side. What should i do now? I tried again but same message that payment cant be processed add an alternate method.
