Hello, Upwork Team I'm new on upwork and this month my connects not refresh/reload please help i need my account to active my hardfully am approve my account so please tell me when my connects back please sir/mam help me you see my connect dates so please help me.

Please allow 24-hours for your connects to be credited to your account. If it doesn't happen automatically, please let us know so that we can ask the Customer Support Team to manually refresh your account for you.

Hello Upwok team my problem still same please help me, now accroding you time current date is 21-4-2018 and my cycle same say so why my connects not back refresh please help me i need connects for my account please am beging you please help me.
