Message center gliching out

Please help, I am new here and not that great with tech stuff. 

The screen in my message center does not work properly. The screen strobes and makes it impossible to read the messages. I am working from a MAC computer. 

I have a video of the glitch but not sure how to post it here.

Thanks for your help. It works in google chrome browser.
