Hi - I received a message from a potential client but did not receive an email. Therefore, I did not see it until I went into the app on my phone. I received emails for other messages; this is a one-off occurrence. Is there something I need to fix or do to make sure I always get an email copy of messages?

This is happening to me too, for the first time ever. I sent a message to the community earlier but haven't had a reply yet. Maybe this thread will get a reply.

At the moment we are not aware of any issues with why guys would not be receiving these notifications. I've checked both of your account settings regarding notifications and everything appears correct. Our team will look into this further and update you, we do apologize for the inconvenince that not receiving the notices about messages is causing you.
