Message from Upwork App about communication outside Upwork

I've got this message in one of chats about communicating outside of Upwork, but I'm communicating and working via Upwork only. Is that a mistake or some kind reminder?

Hi Andrej,

When using messages, if you send a link that may take the client outside of Upwork, the system will highlight this and send you a reminder that communicating outside of Upwork is against the TOS. This is only to avoid sharing any personal information before a contract is in place, even if there may not be any personal information in the link you're sharing. As long as this is the case, there's no need to worry.
