Milestone activation failed despine funds in card.

Everytime I try to click on the Activate Next Milestone button, I get a pop up error saying unable to activate next milestone. I checked my funds, no issue there. I even tried making a transaction somewhere else, so no problem with bank servers too. 

Can you please help me resolve this?

It looks like the charge on your credit card keeps getting declined. Please contact your card-issuing bank for more information about the specific charge decline.
