Minor withdrawing payment

Hi! I have an account here in UpWork and I already recieved my first payment. My client already paid me my first milestone. The problem is that I'm a minor. Can I still withdraw my money?

You are prohibited from working on Upwork if you are younger than 18.  Withdrawing is not your problem right now.  Breaking the TOS is a huge problem.
