Missing Client Feedback

I have successfully completed 2 projects for clients. One gave me a bonus and gave me a fabulous comment. How or when does that feedback show up on my profile?  Thanks!

Hi Amy,

Are you referring to the message your client sent when giving you that bonus? Please know, your contracts need to be closed for feedback to show on your profile. I checked and it looks like your contracts are still open. Please check out this help article for more information about Giving Feedback.

There are two that are closed. Who closes the contract then - the client? The article didn't say. Thank you for your help!

You and the client both have the option to end the contract. However, it is best to request the client to end the contract to ensure that you receive feedback. Please check this help article for more information.
