Hello, i have used paypall acount for 3 month ago and paypall support have been deactivate it with reason like i have incorect created it, but the account remain in upwork, so today mistaken i have transfered the funds on my inactive paypall account from upwork, i have been asked today paypall support to refund the money and still didn`t get the answer(more than 8hours ago), also upwork team couldn`t help me and ask me to contact with paypall. Also have called to paypall but on responce i`ve got only a robot answers

Unfortunately I can only confirm what you were told be our support team, we are unable to reverse this due to the transaction already being completed. You will need Paypal to assist with this concern.
