Mistakenly closed account

Hi,

I have mistakenly closed my upwork account, wanted to close the Client account as I wanted to change the company name (is this possible anyway?). I have contacted the support but haven't received any reply (how long does it take usually). So had to make another account to write this.

 

Any help would be highly appreciated.

You cannot ever have more than one account.  You need to wait for CS to handle this.
