Hello,
Yesterday my client ended the contract and paid 50 and asked for refund, I accepted the refund request because of unclear requirements and poor communication. the problem that the 50 which was paid is display on my profile but not in the pending money list. Can anyone help please?

Thank you for your message. Please note that all approved payments on the contract need to complete 5 days security period before it becomes available on your Upwork account. You can refer to the Report page for the status of your payment.
