Monthly connects renewal

Hello,

I have basic plan, my current billing cycle is 1-MAY to 31-MAY, Today is June 1st and may connect has not been refreshed yet. I am wondering when it is supposed to be refreshed,

 The Connects refresh in the first 24 hours of the new billing cycle.

It's not even the 1st of June in California yet...
