Monthly connects

Hi all,

I used to get 60 connects on 15th of every month,  but then I upgraded to the plus plan and after consuming all of my connects I started buying more as per need, but it messed up the whole cycle, I don't get those 60 connects on 15th of every month, like last month I bought 30 connects on 27 and I was all out yesterday. So I bought 30 more.

So my question is if I buy connects once or twice a month, when will I get those 60 connects I used to get at on the same date every month.

Hi Rupan,

Buying connects will not affect the cycle date, your upgrading and downgrading between the membership plans will change your cycle date. Your new connects will be awarded to you once your new Billing Cycle has started. You can check this by going to Settings > Membership & Connects > and at the bottom of the page you can see the date under Current Billing Cycle. Thank you!
