Monthly connects

Hello,

I'm new to upwork so I do not know if this is an irrelevant question. I have this account since november 2019 and I used all my connects (I only have 2 remaining). I went to this community help service and I found out that each month I should get more connects but this has not happened. If someone could help me I would be very pleased.

What do you mean Nov 2019? Your account was created in 2018.

Hello Jennifer, my account was indeed created in 2018 but I only started using it in 2019, until then it was just a project that I did not have time to do.

Bruno, if you want connects, you have to buy them.

Free connects were discontinued last spring.
