Multi Login

I just signed up on my lptp where an email was sent. I logged in to the email on my phone.
I went back to my lptp with copied password and it will not allow me to login. I tried several times. It appears it is not allowing my password as I have logged in exactly as it is on my phone. Is this only recognizing 1 device? Why wont the site take my lptp login?
Please help.
