Multiple Technnologies Listed in profile

Hi All, I have primary skills in java but have worked with PHP and WordPress as well. Currently, the profile is reflecting only on java. My quick questions are:

1. Can I update my title, skills and profile to match PHP and WordPress so that I can work on these projects?

2. If the answer to the first question is yes. In future, if I acquire additional skills in python or bitcoin can I update them similarly?
