My English Test expired without clicking start test

To whom it may concern,

I returned to my English Test ready to take it only to find that it has expired without me clicking "Start test" button, and now it says I cant take in for another 3 months. You can verify my claim as I hadn't answered any of the test questions (or seen them, for that matter). Please reset this test for me!
