My English information is incorrect.

When I submit a proposal, I see a message that says that I do not meet all the clients preferred qualifications, the criteria being "English level: Native. However, I AM a native English speaker. How can I fix this? Thanks.

You can change this on your profile. In the left column on your profile, click the pencil icon next to the "Languages" header. There you can adjust the setting.
