My Proposals Aren't Being Viewed; I Want A Membership Refund

I'd like a membership and connect refund. I invested money into Upwork only to learn that new freelancers to this site don't even get proposal views. I spent hours crafting and tailoring quality proposals and after never getting any views, learned that Upwork shows the client proposals from Upwork freelancers that already have completed jobs. Proposals from newcomers like myself are hidden and the only way a client can access them is if they notice the little hyperlink to view "other" proposals. Which they never do. What a scam. A complete waste of my time and money.

I understand that it can be difficult to get started on the platform and we are sorry that you have not had the success you were hoping for.

First, I would like to clarify that your proposal may show under the Other Proposals section only if it doesn't meet some of the preferences defined by the client on their job. The client will still be able to access all proposals sent for their job, shortlist, accept or decline them. We do not offer refunds for Connects or the Freelancer Plus membership plan in case your proposals are moved to the 'Other Proposals' section.

I checked a few recently submitted proposals from your Upwork account and I can confirm that none of them were moved to the 'Other Proposals'. Could you please confirm the title of the job posts you are referring to where your proposals were moved to the 'Other Proposals' section?
