My account has been suspended. I can't contact customer support.

Hi, everyone.

 

I have signed up Upwork 3 weeks ago.

I have done a job as a freelancer and posted 4 jobs as a client.

I was getting familiar with Upwork, but today I received a message saying "Your account has been suspended. Please contact customer support.",

But I can't contact the support anywhere.

The link redirects me to the jobs board every time.

What's wrong with it?

Anyone can help me, please?

It shows that you have an existing ticket related to the suspension of your account. I will request for a follow up from our team for an update as soon as possible.
