My account is constantly not getting approved

Hello!

Okay so, i've made an account a few days back, and i've followed all the instructions from the guidelines. I've put some of projects in, put up a good picture, good description etc... But i've have been constantly rejected and sent to the same guidelines link while i still don't know what EXACTLY is wrong before it can get approved.
