My account is showing that it is suspended and i contact customer support.

I joined upwork and did not use my account . 1 month ago I start using and my account was approved. they ask me to provide me Id verification which i send them today . After sending ID verification i got a pop up saying that your provided ID verification is approved .
After that i see a bar showing that my account is suspended and i need to contact with customer support. 

I try contacting customer supoort but i am not able to find anyway . 
The support page just have some automated bots and nothing else . 
i try to open ticket with customer supoort but i am not able to do it . 

I got not email or notification informing me about the reason. 

I dont even use the account so i am not able to understand that why they did that . 
I heared alot about good repute of upwork supoort but disappointed to see that there is no option to contact them actually .
