My account is suspended.

My account has been suspended and there is no mail at my mailbox regarding the suspension and how to revole it. On upwork they are saying contact customer support. Please let me know the reason so that I can revoke it.

I am really tensed a lot as I have worked very hard on my first ongoing project. Please provide me the solution if unknowingly I have done some mistake.
