Hello, my Upwork account has been recently suspended for "irregular activity" even though I have no idea what it referred to. In the email I was also told to proceed with verifying my identity - which I did - and I was supposed to get an answer in 24 hours, it has now been almost 36...
Plus I messaged the support to get an explanation to what was going on but that has also been silent for more than 24 hours.
I'm really at a loss and don't know what to do.
