My account was suspended yesterday. I don't understand why.

Hello Upworks!

Hope you are doing great and staying safe as well.

 

My account was suspended yesterday and I received email subjected as "Action Required".

I submitted my ID and Document images and it said it would take 24 hours to approve. Despite 24 hours passed since more and it not yet received any response.

Please help me with this. I really love to work on Upwork. 🙂
