My name is Alysia. My address is not included in the drop down box and I cannot set up my profile. My address needs to be added to the drop down box (will not allow you to just type it in). I have cleared my cache, cookies, and history, and have tried on another browser. I left a message with the only phone number available earlier today but no one has returned my call.
