My balance does not increase

Hi everybody I have a problem with my balance. Since my last withdraw i have received some payments, but my balance does not increase. Can someone help me?

I've checked and can see that you have funds in your Upwork balance which are available for withdrawal. You can send me a PM with more information regarding the amount you expect to see in there, and I can help look into it further.
