Bank account is still inactive even though I entered the correct deposit amount when attempting to verify - I also have not received any tax documents to fill out if that is what is causing the hold on my bank account. Please advise.

Please try to complete the W-9 form under your Settings> Tax Info and let us know if the issue persists.
