Hi, My brother want to create ann Upwork ID. We are  living in the same house ad  use same  internet connectio. Can he create new ID with same internet access.. Iff not then what is the procedure soo that he can create his ID. Thank you!

This should not be an issue. You and your brother can share the same internet connection.
