My browser keeps redirecting me to 'Create a profile for consideration page'

Hello, I am new to upwork and creating my profile but my browser keeps redirecting me to 'Create a profile for consideration page' when I click submit for review application and I cannot get past this page. So annoying.

Thank you for your response. I tried with cleared cache and cookies also on a different browser, even with different IP address but the problem is still same - redirecting me to 'Create a profile for consideration page'
