My camera is not working to verify my profile.
Sent my documentation, is that enough?

It depends on what they are asking for.

Sometimes Upwork only wants documentation. Doesn't want to talk to you via camera.

Other times, they need to do a video verification session.

But don't worry. Upwork is very flexible.

You can use somebody else's camera.

Can go to Internet Cafe.

Can go to the home of a friend or relative where they have a webcam.

You can use a mobile device with a built-in camera.

You can borrow a laptop computer with a built-in camera.

You can buy a webcam.
