My account has an error: Financial transactions for have been limited. Please check your email for additional information or contact customer support.
I have recieved no email and I can see no way of contacting customer support.
I want to make a hire, but see a message: Your account is currently suspended and you have an outstanding balance. Please update your billing information now or contact Upwork support.
I don't have an outstanding balance.
Could someone from the upwork team sort this out ASAP please.
