Hi Marie,

Once you have available funds on your profile all you need to do is click on the Get Paid button. After this, follow the instructions on your end and the funds will be withdrawn to your payment method. If you have any additional questions, let me know. Thank you.

There's a 5 day security hold on all fund approvals.  It should appear under the Pending tab on the reports overview page.  It also shows the date the funds will become available for withdrawal.
