my client mistakenly started an hourly contract I accepted it then he gave me a bonus and ended it, 

I have not tracked any time on this contract, but he gave a bouns.

 
i was wondering: 

- will his feedback be visible on my profile?

- how will this affect my JSS?

1 - Yes, of course

2 - The fact that is was an hourly contract rather than fixed price has no effect on your JSS. Only the contract outcome counts.

I am just worried, because I have not tracked anytime on this contract. but he gave a bouns. 

hopfully it won't affect my JSS negatively.

Since the client paid you and ended the contract, he had to leave you feedback, so the only way it will affect your JSS negatively is if he left you negative feedback.
