Recently a potential new client is having issues with their IP address. They saId that they created the account in Vietnam but have since moved to the US. They want to modify the IP to match their new location. However, they tell me that Upwork suspends their Upwork account.
Is there anyway to fix this for them?

Upwork does not care about a client's IP address.
You can ignore what the client is saying about his IP address.
You are a graphic designer. You are not a VPN expert or IP address expert. This has nothing to do with you.
If the client has further questions, then ask the client to ask his questions here in this thread.

If the owner of the suspended account needs further assistance, they may directly get in touch with us so that we can assist them. We are unable to discuss the details of another user's account with you for privacy reasons. We hope you understand.
