My client unable to accept the project I've created for him.

Hey,

I do have a permanent client and I want him to move our business over to Upwork so I have suggested him to create a project over Upwork and hire me, but he was unable to create a project, so I have created a project for him and sent him invite so that he can accept that invite and can accept the milestones but he's unable to do that.
Can anyone please help me to rectify the issue?
