I need to get this resolved asap!
Last week, I noticed I had been charged twice for Oct. 15th, so intially I requested a refund from my freelancer thinking I accidentally charged him twice. After looking into it more, it looked like it was an error with Upwork, so I disputed the extra charge with my card.
My freelancer was about to give me my final product today, until my account froze. Upwork sent me a notification of this, but didn't send any further instructions. I tried to cancel the dispute with my freelancer, but wasn't given the option. There wasn't any open disputes. I didn't see any kind of customer service number to get someone on the phone either. What is needed in order that I may proceed with my freelancer>
