My coworkers recieve emails too

Hello all,

I am fairly new to the Upwork platform and just conducted my first few interviews on a job posting I did for the company I work for. In said job posting I included my contact details in order for the freelancers to reach out to us. However, some of the freelancers that sent a proposal via email also send it to my coworkers cluttering their mailbox. How is this possible as I have only shared my contact details. Could it be that there are multiple addresses attached to a posting without me noticing it? or a similar instance but then with my Upwork account?
